2019 Md. Media State Poll (Week 4)

The longest active public school win streak ended last week, but it meant little to the ranking order.

Sure, Linganore moved up a spot, and Oakdale, which had won 17 in a row, dropped a few positions, but they represented one of the few moves of note in this week’s Top 25.

St. Frances remains No. 1, followed by DeMatha and now Good Counsel. Mount St. Joseph and Archbishop Spalding, each with a loss to Good Counsel, move into the No. 4 and 5 spots this week.

The lone newcomer to this week’s Top 25 is Douglass-PG, which jumps in at No. 23 following a one-sided loss to then No. 20 Milford Mill, which is now in the “others receiving votes.”

Now on with the Top 25 …
