EVENTS

Ravens 7on7 presented by UnderArmour

The Foundation provides leadership and support for the two-event 7-on-7 touch football series for high school-aged athletes that features 64 teams, more than 1,200 participants and 200 coaches.

OTHER

Grant Management

The Foundation also oversees the distribution of funds from a grant set up by recent NFL player Ricky Leonard.

MEDIA

Maryland Media State Poll

The Foundation serves in the leadership role in keeping active the Maryland Media State Poll, which has existed since 1990. Each year, about 40 teams are acknowledged as part of the state Top 25 or receiving votes.

Records and History

The Foundation is the caretaker of the Maryland high school football state records, as well as provides a platform for a historical repository of such data that touches every single program -- past and present -- in the state.

Player Awards

The Foundation oversees the postseason all-region and all-state honors, which again touch every school in the state.

Our Results

Through its events, the Foundation annually awards more than $7,500 to Maryland high school football programs for growth opportunities in exchange for venue hosting Ravens 7on7 events. Over the past decade, nearly a dozen schools have received financial awards that have led to purchase of new equipment or safety enhancements that were not otherwise covered by the school.

Through its media, the Foundation touches every single football program in the state, as well as bestows team and individual honors. More than 500 players are honored each year through the all-region and all-state process.
