2016 Md. Media State Poll (Final)

The postseason run often brings a few new teams to the final Top 25, but there was no change at the top of the rankings as we wrap up 2016.

DeMatha goes coast-to-coast as the Maryland Media State Poll No. 1 team. Wise checks in at No. 2, followed by Damascus, St Frances and Good Counsel.

FREDERICK, Md. — The Maryland High School Football State Poll, in its 27th year, is based on a statewide voting by sports reporters. Schools are ranked by points received. The number in parenthesis reflects first-place votes. LW is last week’s rank. The rankings are compiled by Sheldon Shealer.
